Check Order Status
Once your order is placed, Looki team immediately begins processing it. As soon as your orders ships out, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping carrier.
To check your delivery status:
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Looki.
- Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number.
- Visit the carrier’s website to see real-time updates on your package.
If you haven’t received a shipping email within a few days of placing your order, or if the tracking link isn’t working, please contact us at support@looki.ai, we’re happy to help.
Modify Shipping Information
Changed your mind? No worries, we’ve got you covered.
There are two possible situations:
Before Shipment: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@looki.ai and include your order number in the email. We’ll help cancel the order and process the refund.
After Shipment: Once your package has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. But you still have an option. Once the order is delivered, contact support@looki.ai to request a return label. We’ll walk you through the return process.
