Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries in North America, Europe, and select international regions. If your country is not supported at checkout, feel free to reach out to our team at support@looki.ai.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the time of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Usually the standard shipping time is 3-5 working days. And the express shipping time is 1-3 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including your tracking number. This will provide the most up-to-date information on delivery status.
Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can use this information to follow your package in real time.

Customs and Duties
For some international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply, depending on the laws and policies of your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee.
Looki is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or military base addresses at this time. Orders placed with these addresses may be automatically canceled and refunded.
