We design products to help you stay connected, to save every moment. But we also know that sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, whether it’s the Looki L1 or any of its accessories, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product needs to be in “like new” condition with all original packaging intact.
We can’t accept returns if the product shows signs of wear, has been damaged from misuse or accidents, or falls outside what’s covered under our Limited Warranty.
If you need to return your products and request a refund, please follow the steps below. We’ll do our best to make the process smooth and efficient.
1. Contact Us
Email our customer support team at support@looki.ai. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
2. Provide Order Details and Item Condition
Our team will verify your order and ask you to provide photos of the product (including its original packaging). This helps us confirm the condition of the item before approving the return.
3. Receive Your Return Label
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please use this label to return the product to our warehouse.
4. Ship the Product Back
Use the provided label and drop off the package at your nearest shipping point. Be sure to pack the product securely and include all original items.
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll begin processing your refund. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Please keep the return shipping receipt until your refund is confirmed. It may be required in case of any discrepancies.
